my husband didn't have a good experience with it. he couldn't even drive home one night. it wasn't good. but i would recommend almonds. womans world magazing says that handful of almonds cut fatigue by 89%. and i really stand by that. i think it really works.

I'd say both. Keep doing Level 3 occasionally but also try other Dvd's so you don't get bored.

I really hope it's not accurate I'm looking at the Goals section not the food diary since I don't log food But I changed my workouts to 6 days a week for 30 minutes (even though I really do 60 minutes) and to lose 1 lb per week and it says I'll lose 5 lbs by March 6 Goodness I hope by March 6 I'm TEN lbs lighter not FIVE

i set mine on sedentary too i think (i can't remember) B/c I'm a customer service rep so I'm sitting for 8 hrs of the day but yeah i have it set to 1 lb per week i try not to eat my exercise calories b/c when I do I gain instead of lose and I have it set also to exercise 5 days/wk for 30 minutes i always work out 6 days/wk…

i'm keeping up with my calories too for 29 days and working out 6 days a week sometimes 7 and i've went from 182 to 178.2 so I'm assuming its either muscle or water weight. lots of the foods i eat are high in sodium. so even though i may be staying within my calorie limit i'm having way too much sodium. so i think food…

what is mid march? special occasion? :) i'd like to get to at least 165 by march 3 (my bday) i'm at 178.2 and it's not budging my SW was 182 so I have no idea why its not budging but i hope i make it to 165 we can do this!!! :)
