It's really hard to ignore the number even though I'm aware of the fluctuations. It's so hard. I'm sure you all understand. I hate the tape measure too. I have one and my measurements are never lower than before...and I'm on Day 21!! I've been doing everything right so it's just discouraging. But I won't stop! :D

I agree! I thought she was so pretty at her 273 weight too! And I felt so sorry for her that she felt so much pressure to get married. I've never seen that in my entire life! Crazy!

i just watched that episode today too. i agree, it was really inspiring. she had stayed at 261 like 2 or 3 weigh ins remember? she got discouraged BUT she DIDN'T quit. that's the motivation i needed right there. b/c i'm going back and forth between 177-179. its not budging. but i'm NOT gonna quit! :D

that's one thing i cannot seem to do is drink water!! i hate drinking water if i'm not working out. if i'm working out i can drink at least 1 or 2 bottles within 30-60 minutes. other than that i really don't drink anything. i'm not a fan of pop or juice or anything. i like milk but i'd rather not drink my calories.…

Okay so tomorrow is the weigh in and I feel like I'm getting ready for a test or something I'm so nervous I don't want to be disappointed by the scale I did an hour and 7 minutes of exercise today instead of my regular 30 minutes......we'll see what happens

My suggestions would be to space out your meals throught the day, drink more water, eat more protein (so you won't be so hungry), and workout more so you can burn calories (and this would also allow you to eat more calories since you'd be more active) & lose inches!!
