Hey I'm Eddie.. I did the myfitness pal thing and lost some weight over time. I hit my goal of the weight I wanted to be and stopped logging on. Now I'm trying to get lean muscle and doing the p90x. Works great and feel great. My soon to b wife is on here as well and her progress is wonderful and she is excited and enjoys the help from the ppl on here so I wanted to b apart of the wonderful community of MFP!!

Thank you.. The weight loss was my doing, thanks to calorie counter on the myfitnesspal but the username was my ladies idea so I can't take credit for that. I see you lost some weight as well, congrats to u!! Keep up da good work!!0

Welcome back Eddie and congrats to you and your fiance! Don't forget to check the Motivation forums for P90X groups. There are a couple of great groups over there that are supporting each other through the program and are very welcoming0

I never thought about that.. I don't have any befpre pics before I lost the weight. I did take one before staring my p90x but I just started 6 days ago so I definitely will do that. Thanks for the advice!!0

Hello!
I have been steadily losing weight over the past 2 years of about 30 pounds. My main concern is to tone and strengthen the remainder. Being healthy is the biggest key that and I am about to get my NSCA trainer's certificate so being in good shape is important to help motivate my clients. Diet is definitely the key to good health and fitness
Looking for a good EASY way to track my nutrition for my continued adventure into health and fitness. Also doing the p90x and nutrition is so important in any program.0 -

I did my own workout plan and lost most of my weight. Now I am using MFP and a few weeks into p90X. Good luck!0
