i'm going back to Jillian MIchaels dvds - but i'm thinking of starting with the 6 week 6 pack and switching with 30 day shred (which i looove!!). But i'm going to start on the 3rd of January - i litterlly just came back from my honeymoon and i'm too tired to excersise.

With my experience doing on zumba on carpet make the move really impossaible to do.. I find oding on a kitchen tiling floor is al ot better. I also do mine in basic trainers.

i tried drinking green ta but i couldn't take the taste, i find the tablet work better for me. Is there any other herbal tea to try?

Hmm i just done half of level 2, i kinda felt bad for missing a day as i'm doing 30 day straight. With the abs i modfied it to using lower abs and not actually straining myself, i did more jumping jack (which i hate) and abs twister when it came to strength..

I remembered after doing level 1, the day after i was aching like crazy. Hmm i think i give it a rest today and tommrow and i go swimming instead.
