I brought soup to work today in preparation for the snow, but a bunch of co-workers are going to a Mexican restaurant and that sounds sooooo much better than lentils. I was way under calories yesterday, yet didn't feel hungry when I went to bed. I think I'll be eating some of those calories for lunch today.

I am set for 1450 calories a day, and for this week, I'm going to do 3 cardio sessions for 30 mins each (walking or eliptical), and 3 sessions of yoga. My weeks will be Mon - Sun.

Yesterday I walked briskly (3.5 mph estimated) for 40 minutes. I logged my exercise here. It said I burned 234 calories. This morning, I walked briskly for 20 minutes. Again, it said I burned 234 calories. What's up with that?
