@jknight001 If I lift weights I cannot weigh in for 2 days after ward the water retention is so bad. If I do long cardio it is the same way. I only weigh in after my 2nd fasting day it seems to workout with fluid.

Well I had to make an adjustment today. We are watching and waiting on Harvey here in LA. After flooding last year almost exactly it has brought back so much anxiety and stress. Yes I failed my not logging test :wink: So I must log my food for now and will try again later. Nothing is off the table. I do 700-800 calories on light days and 2000 on regular days Some days I also have a short eating window during the week only because I have never really liked eating breakfast.

And no I wasn't ravenous the next day after the 24 hour, but I did 6 pm to 6 pm. I have found when I try 16:8 I binge at night, but I haven't on the 500-800 calories. I've also found the more water I consume the hungrier I am (weird) so I do decaf green tea and those little true lemon lemonade packets in water

I'm not a texture fan either. I don't eat clams, but I eat oysters fried. Have to be small though. Not those honking big ones or raw.

Oh and up your veg intake as much as you can. It will help make it softer.

Rectal Fissure can sometimes heal on their own, but i had to have mine "helped by a doctor" a few years ago. They even have a nitro glycerin type gel you put back there to help it heal.
