I was never "sad". I had some confidence, not a whole lot, but it was there. Ive always loved myself, but I didnt love how I looked. So I decided to make a change, and voila! here I am today, loving myself inside AND out more every day. and the best part is Im not even at my goal yet!

Ohh no, she wasn't complimenting me. This is the girl who pretty much begged me to eat nachos and cheese with her after I JUST got done explaining to her how I'm changing what I eat. More like sabotage! I'm so glad she's not in my life anymore. But I know what youre saying, this just wasn't the case lol
