My husband and I cook our Quinoa in the rice cooker using the same ratios as when cooking rice. We add it to stir fry and we made a tomato sauce and added the quinoa to it. Tasty! :smile:

1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt - Chobani is the best! 1/2 cup blue berries - fresh or frozen 1/2 banana 1 pkt of Truvia or Splenda 166 calories! You can double it and still have plenty of calories left!
