I agree with the other members..your face looks much different ....and in the last pic the clothes are too big, so again maybe that tells it all, since it is easy to "feel" our progress by how our clothes fit. Keep tracking and remember giving up only puts you back to where you started~

I would just make a slit where you want to lose and wipe all the fat out with a vacuum cleaner ....Just make sure to clean the filter afterwards :D

Applesauce is great...also soups are fine as long as they are cool. Just try to eat on the side of the mouth that is not sore. I was a dental assistant for a few years and as long as you don't put a lot of air in your mouth you'll be fine :D Good Luck!

Hey there....I entered in my Zumba under Modern Ballet, Dancing Twist (or whatever it's called) gives me the right amount of burn but I'm sure it's not exact (but then again what is?)

That's so funny...I actually thought the same thing when I viewed my BMI Range....I guess they have to have an outrageous "target range" to include everyone :)

I also find it difficult to count calories ...ugh! I like weight watchers and I follow it (I just track here instead of on etools) ..but you need to find what works for you and remember it is a marathon...not a sprint. Period weight makes a huge change on the scale :) Keep doing what u r doing and I bet the scale next week will show all of your hard work....remember a lot of little changes = big changes ...
