Calorie adjustments from Garmin to MFP exercise are syncing immediately, it is OK. Food from MFP to Garmin Connect is not syncing properly. You have to disconnect and then reconnect if you want to see goals or food log change. And finally, it sync one food log subgroup only (for example breakfast). I am not able to find…

My recipe: Boil 1 cup of fat-free milk. Then add 5 tbsp of oats, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 (or 1) tsp of cinnamon. Cook briefly, stirring. At the end add 1 tsp of walnut oil (healthy fat). This recipe is (circa): 302 kcal 11g Protein 8g Fat 44g Carbohydrates (10g Sugar, 5g Fiber)

Hi, I think 1200 is too few. I'm 5'4, 162 lbs and I'm losing weight with 1300-1400 net daily income. Since I'm still losing weight quite quickly, I plan to go with net income a little bit higher.

I've lost a lot (cca 10 kgs / 22 lbs in 3 months) although I wasn't obese. At that time I was in healthy BMI. I used to swim 3 times a week. Regular freestyle for 30-40 minutes (cca 1 mile).

Hm, I have the same problem. 5'4'' and now around 154 lbs. I've started my weight loss plan at the end of Sept. 2011 and stopped it before Christmas. But because of some diseases in a row. Came back to MFP cca 3 weeks ago. I've set my net calorie intake to 1100 but I always eat my exercise calories and I eat at least 1200…
