I don't think that is unusual....with your workouts yu are building muscle. But I think if you hang in there with both the dieting & the curves program you will start seeing the lbs begin to drop. You are still toning your body & as the muscle is building the fat is melting. Give it time & you will see the results you want.

If you are on 1200 calories a day...up it to 2000 & weigh-in everyday. You will see a slight gain. When you hit 3 lbs up in weight go back to 1200 cals immediately. Those 3 lbs should drop back off within a couple days. Once you get back to the weight you are at today go back to 2000 cals a day again. As soon as you hit 3…
