  • excatly, that's why I wear sweatpants! lol. Tight or not, all jeans look terrible on me (muffins, camel toes.. you name it - just ick)... maybe in the future, I can wear them.
  • I'm getting a few annoying zits as well. Are you excersising? The extra sweat can clog your pores if your not using a good facial soap... if I bike outside I get horrible zits.. I think it's b/c the sweat dries on my skin and mixes with the bugs that slap me in the face , that combo dries and my skin just doesn't like it,…
  • Hey! We have similiar stories! .. not that that's a good thing... but it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who went in a bad direction after a car accident. (Still am VERY limited on excersise b/c of neck & back issues...used to run as well) This site is helping a ton... there are ups and downs, like in life... but…

  • I purchased the Muscle Milk (Chocolate) in the 4 pack yesterday.. they were $7 something (on sale). The single bottles are $3 each. I saw the powdered Muscle Milk stuff at Target as well, it was like $14 for a big container...but, I'm chicken to go that route.. does it taste the same if you mix it yourself? I really like…
  • I just discovered chocolate almond milk... Oh My! That's so good stuff. I'm looking forward to heating it up in the winter for my hot cocoa fix. I do love chocolate in general... & from MFP advice I got some 72% cocoa dark chocolate squares... those are very good. When I'm really, really in a place where I need something…
  • IMO, it depends on you. Only you will know if this is something that will make you determined or frustrated. If it were me, I wouldn't do it... I find jeans fit differently depending on brand and style. When(if) my current clothes no longer work because they are too loose...then I'll do some happy pants shopping. Till…
  • OK.. I'm new to greek yogart as well... are you all just eating it like yoplait... or are you adding it to something and making a desert thing? I tried it once & hated it... didn't know about the adding stuff in part. Since I didn't like it much,,, I guess I'm curious as to how everyone is eating this. Thanks!

  • LOL - I like the comment from the person who said " the voices in my head". If I could afford a personal trainer... I'd do it. For now it's me, myself, I , music and the voices in my head as well.

  • I've always wanted a wrap dress. And being able to wear jeans instead of sweatpants this winter would be wonderful
  • Most of my songs have "naughty" words :blushing: But a few of my favorites are: "Whoo Hoo" - Christina Aguelara (intro is slow, song is awesome after that) "Hey" -3Oh3 "Imma Be" & "Rock that Body" - Black Eyed Peas "Tipsy" - can't remember artist "Crazy on the Dance Floor" - David Gueth...somthing or other. "Drill it" -…

  • Wow.. that's very insightful! Thank you for sharing! I do the same thing... but with ice cream and the like. For some reason it makes me feel better .. but only for awhile. I think you are on the right track. Now you know the why.. it's just a matter of the slow ride to being the person you want to be without the need for…
  • Oh Wow.. that sounds great.. I mean gross! LOL. I try to avoid the fair b/c it means a bucket of Sweet Marthas cookies & another roll of blubber on my behind.
  • Need new music? Sometimes I get bord and don't want to go... if I get new music on my ipod I don't let myself listen to it unless I"m at the gym. If I'm really bored... I try to get on a machine with a TV at the Y. :) Then the time goes fast and I feel better.
  • Cause I'm a fish geek I have to say... never flush a fish... burry it in the garden or toss it in the trash. A flushed fish can spread disease. Yes.. I'm a geek  You'd be surpized how much a fish in your soiil will perk up your flower bed
  • I love my ipod touch... my hubby loves his nook for reading...says it's the best e-reader out there thus far.

  • I hear ya!!! It takes awhile for your body and mind to get used to eating good stuff... and only eating cause your body needs it, instead of just wanting it. (for me that's how it is anyway). Give it some time.... eat some veggies, some fruit... some peanut butter... a turkey burger... and eat them SLOW without doing…
