Eat foods higher in calories then. Like nuts and avacodos. Or try drinking an instant breakfast.

I'm due March 1st and I eat about 1 400 cals a day. Mostly fruit and veggies.

Isofemme Vanilla Sky is awsome ... i drink it everyday for breakfast. Only 2 carbs, i make it with unsweetened almond milk and it's WAYYY better than water. (almond milk has 1 carb per cup, and 35 cals). There is a chocolate and strawberry flavour as well but i have yet to try those.

I find if you shop once a week and only buy what you need for that week it helps, even two weeks. Then you dont have extra stuff in the house that's bad for you, and i try to stay away from anything that doesnt spoil easily. Whenever youre hungry DRINK. Where are you ladies from? I'm from ontario and I know that if I loose alot of weight and have too much extra skin i can make an appeal to my insurance company and they will usually cover it. If not ohip usually will.

Hello everyone Im Avery. I went from 295 pounds to 140 punds when i was 17. I met the man of my dreams and gained it all back. I had a baby in July and since then I have lost a few pounds. I now weigh 273. I've done it before, I can do it again. MFP has helped loads. Cant wait to feel amazing again. We can do it! :)
