Wow, one book is tough. A fun book that i seem to read every few years is Kane and Abel - Jeffrey Archer.

My oppinion - it's a great workout. I'm on my second round. But it's not for someone who is just getting back into fitness. There are a number of moves that are hard on your knees. Having said that, if you think you're up for it - try it! Don't be afraid to go slower/modify the moves. Good Luck!
