  • There's no reason to be embarrassed by that box; it looks healthy and delicious! I have pesto chicken, strawberries and a salad today but it didn't get packed bento style, just in three boxes. Oh well. Happy Monday!
  • I love this box, btw :smile: I'm a sucker for anything with a fruit or veggie on it.
  • Today's bento: Salad with ham, turkey, broccoli, carrots, and squash. Then tomato and avocado, cucumber and cottage cheese with pineapple.
  • Today's bento: Pork loin, teriyaki broccoli and carrots, sesame squash and onions, and cantaloupe
  • I forgot to take a picture until after I mixed my latest salad bento. It is not very pretty anymore but it contains the following: turkey, ham, pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, spring mix, and goat cheese served with white balsamic vinaigrette.
  • I have salad bentos for the next two days. This is tomorrow's. Today's had an avocado on it too. Here's what was in there: Spring mix, turkey, broccoli, yellow squash, cucumber, red pepper, mushroom, tomato and avocado (not pictured) I also have some blackberries in another container.

  • Today's big salad bento! Ham, blackberries, pineapple, strawberries, goat cheese, hard boiled egg and spring mix. Served with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. 650 calories with the dressing if I use it all. Yum!
  • Pretty! I had food that needed to be warmed up today so no bento (although it was packed in a box so I suppose it sort of was). Squash-broccoli-chicken gratin and a side salad. Edit to add picture because, why not? I may have dug in a little first :D About 600 calories

  • Today's Fun With Bentos! Box: Layer one: black grapes, strawberries and ranch dressing Layer two: Big salad (in my big 800 ml total box ;) ) of kale, arugula, cucumber, tomato, smoked gouda and roasted chicken I also have a lemon yogurt.
  • Layer 1: more ham sushi, broccoli, and sauted mushrooms Layer 2: spring greens salad with mushroom, carrot, cucumber, gorgonzola and a little ham and a quarter pink grapefruit I tried to make sushi out of sliced chicken yesterday but that didn't work too well. No picture for that reason. I'm sticking with ham for the time…

  • Today's bento: Layer one: BBQ salmon with green beans, asparagus and smokey paprika garlic tartar sauce Layer two: kale salad with mushrooms, carrots and avocado with pitted cherries. The avocado isn't pictured, I added it quickly this morning rather than last night when i made this :)

  • Tomberries! I've never seen those. Must see a picture of that :) I ate in the cafeteria the last two days (I eat for free so no biggie, I don't like their food most of the time and much prefer my bentos! ) so no pics from me. I might just have to make a weekend bento to eat at home tomorrow :wink:
  • It has done that to me before too. I think it was from putting in an emoji when I did it; the emojis don't seem to play nice sometimes!
