My personal opinion is that the best time to work out is the time that you will do it. I find that I have a hard time getting to sleep within 2-3 hours of working out so I try to avoid it too close to bed. It doesn't mean that I don't sometimes squeeze in a 9:00PM work out. I'm just retaining water. No big deal. Ummmm, maybe it's water. Maybe it really is fat. I've been way over my calories this week. If the only thing that can get the weight off is burning an extra 5000 calories this week, it was probably fat.

I haven't noticed an increase in cup size but I have noticed that while I have lost about 6 inches in my waist I've only lost .5 inches in my bust. Not that I'm complaining. I'm cool with that.
