OMG!! So glad that I took the time to read this thread! Thank you KBmoments for posting about the app having all this useful info, I have it on my phone , but the desktop version doesn't have all this neat extra stuff!

Sounds like I need a food scale!!! Although I wouldn't know the first thing about using one!!! But I am sure I can google that info! I currently use MFP along with the Pacer app for its pedometer.

Does anyone know if there is any way to sync MFP & Samsung app S Health?? I use the app for the pedometer, since it is automatic on my phone. I have both the MFP & MMF apps, and did see it sync up together on my phone; but I don't use the MMF on a daily basis since it has no pedometer.
