Good work on finishing day 1!! I have been adding Circuit Training, General for my exercise log for the shred. That is the advice I got yesterday so I think most people use that :)

Day 1 is always a blast... I did 3 days last week with Saturday & Sunday off so this Day 1 did not feel as bad as my first day ever... still tough though! I am excited to see where this takes me! I'm in! I'm starting tonight as well after work. I did 3 days last week, but fell off the wagon Saturday & Sunday. I'm hoping to do it every day!! We'll see ;) Good luck, let's do this together!!
