  • You are not alone! This is a great forum and tools. Log in everything you eat, every day. That's what keeps me humble. And personally, I've found low fat/1200 calories/day did the trick for me as a 57 yr. old female. Not exercise. I exercise for fitness, not weight loss. Just a personal perspective.
