I have learned to eat slowly and savor every bite. By doing so I find that I take my time enjoy each bite, and I reach the level of "fullness" long before my plate is clean. I stop for five minutes and if I'm still hungry I will resume eating. I very seldom resume eating as I'm full and satisfied. It has helped take 10…

Up at 4:00a.m., leave house by 4:30, for hour ride to the gym then work out 5:30 to 7:00, done for the day (except for the mile walk at lunch every day) and feeling great. When the weather warms up it's a 5K run at 4:30 a.m. love the morning work outs.:happy:

Not doing the C25K but the non runners guide to marathon running (similar program in the begining). I started at 235 and my knees and everything else was killing me. I invested in a really good (for me) pair of running shoes and the more I ran the better my knees felt. I'm now just under 200lbs and ran 15 miles last week…

Amen to let it heal. I'm dealing with an IT Band issue and need to take my own advice. Stick to upper body, test your knee after a week and see how it feels. As others have said let your body be your guide. Good Luck.:bigsmile:

This is a tough challenge this week.
