I am the same weight as last week, 137 lbs. My mother actually hit her goal weight of 130 and wants to lose another 10, I must get more motivated if my mother is beating me lol.

I weigh in every week on Sundays. Because of hormones and water weight, my weight fluctuates way too much. This week, it said I'd dropped 5 lbs, but really it was water weight from my time of the month. It makes me feel better when I wait, and see how much I lose, because I don't notice a huge difference day to day.

I try not to have a cheat day, but if I'm craving something fierce, I will give it to myself, in smaller portions. Like right now, I'm indulging in a Vanilla Latte from Biggby's, but with skim milk instead of regular. Sunday is also my weigh in day: Today: 136.8 lbs. Goal for the end of the month: 131.8 lbs.
