This is totally true for me!!! I ran 1/2mile today, took me 4.5mins and I burned about 50cals. Then went the same distance, walking slowly (15mins) and burned the same amout of calories! I couldnt believe it!

Not sure about treadmills, but my Elliptical is wayyyy off! I bought a HRM and during one intense 30min workout the elliptical said I burned 510cals, my HRM said 299, and MFP said 310. So I would go with what MFP says since it was pretty accurate for me.

I have been wondering this too because I eat a lot of fruit. I googled it, and found that 40g per day of "added" sugar is okay for non-diabetics. Also, what I found online (clearly not perfectly reliable) is not to include sugars from fruit, like your banana. When eating sugar from fruit, I read its okay not to exceed…

Heres what I have been doing.. I read it is best to eat every few hours and I eat a very small dinner by 5 and then nothing before bed. I get most of my calories during the day and eat very little for dinner (or atleast try) 7am ~300cals for breakfast 9am workout 10am ~200cal snack(protein) noon~300-400cal lunch 2pm…

OmGOSH! I drink ALOT of water during the day! I thought it was good to go overboard on it! I drink anwhere between 18-26glasses so I am drinking MORE than my body weight in ounces.. Wow.. guess Im going to have to cut back! Thanks for posting this..

I memorized all the ab moves that I liked from the Ab ripper X and I usually do them a few times a week.. I am thinking about just doing the Plyometrics once a week.. that was the one that I really Loved/hated:wink: the most!

I really like seeing results as quickly as I have been seeing them, but I have no problem dropping down to only having to see Jillian 3 times a week instead of 5-6.. :wink:

Thank you everybody for your advice! I will definitely pick atleast one day a week to "take it easy" As far as my eating, I really dont want to go over my alloted 1200 cals. Even when I burn a lot of extra cals, I still dont want to eat them back because I think (maybe I am totally wrong) that the weight will come off…

Day 3 was the first day I could finish without pausing for any breaks! it felt "easier" I am still doing half modified push-ups, because I have better form & control with my knees down.. Im not expecting to see huge weight loss number from it, I am very hopeful to see inches coming off though!

I am on day 3 of her 30day shred, and already can feel a difference in my body. Day 1 I could barely make it through, I stopped and rested towards the end of some of the reps, but today I made it through without resting (I still do the modified push-ups) but I feel stronger, and its ONLY DAY 3! I totally recommend it!

Yes I am!! and its actually bad because we have a baby who still likes to wake up once or twice a night and my poor husband has been getting up and telling me the next day I was snoring and making no signs of movement! ooops ;)
