I use the bisquick heart smart pancake recipe, 3 pancakes (190 cal) prepared with 1.5 tbsp mini chocolate chips. It's in the baking isle. Good stuff. I'll never go back to hungry jack! :o)

I had 3 chocolate chip pancakes 1/2 c sugar free syrup, and a banana with a big ol glass of ice water. 400 cals. YUM!

I want to be healthy, first and foremost. I want to be inspirational to others, showing them what hard work and dedication can do for someone! I want to feel good- light and energetic, not bogged down by weight. I want to look good, I want the curves in the right spots, and a flat tummy. I want to turn heads and be proud…

Hey ladies! I am going to do the first workout of the Workout B today! Started on Monday, and holy cow am I still feeling it in my arms today! :o) It's a good hurt! How's everyone else handling thier workouts? I'm lifting M-W-F and doing Cardio T-Th-Sat. For cardio, I'm doing some running/walking intervals for about 30…

So there is a workout A, and a workout B. I I do the workouts seperately, right? So Monday I did workout A, week 1, workout 1, and today I'm planning on workout B, week 1, workout 1. I usually start with a 10 minute brisk walk with some stretches, and end with stretches. Can someone verify if this is correct? I was done on…

Isn't it a great feeling to put on something that once didn't fit, and now does and then it's even a little more roomy!?! You've been having great NSV's lately. It just shows all the hard work you're putting in is actually paying off! :o) Wearing smaller clothes is just one of those perks. Proud of you!

Question: Just did Workout A, yesterday, going to do the first week of B tomorrow. Do I only do 2 sets? Or do I practice with a "lighter weight" one set, and then do 2 with the heavy weight? Also, when do you know when to start increasing the weights? Thanks!

Keep up the amazing dedication! You're so motivated its contagious. Watch out, 2012, here comes B!!!

Reading through the book right now, nervous about starting. I've always been bad at figuring out cals I should be consuming, etc. Can someone help me with that? Starting the program Monday! 165 lbs, 5'6" and 27yrs old. Kinda makes me nervous just doing it myself, what do you reccomend, writing up the workouts first? Any…

Absolutely. I call it "clean" eating. The less amount of packaged foods, the better I feel. Eating natural made foods, things you prepare yourself.... I actually feel lighter, less bogged down by processed stuff. Try it. Normally after 2 weeks you can really tell the difference!

You are just shining! Simply amazing transformation! You should be so proud! Great Job! Keep up the great work!

I think confidence is a big thing, if a guy is a little heavier, but is an amazing person - thats something I wouldn't mind. If we are talking 600 lbs, and continuing spiraling downward face first into McDonalds each and every day... maybe not then because my lifestyle is drastically different from that. If he is kind,…

I often wonder what the right ratio to cardio/strength training is as well, I have been at this a little over 3 years now, and am plateauing btwn 157-165. I know I need to do more HIIT, but also, I have been allowing myself to eat a little less healthier than I should be. I do 45 mins cardio MWF and 20 min cardio, 30 mins…
