Is it still okay to lift if I'm sore, or will that cause injury? I promise I'm not a super noobie to fitness, it just been awhile....

I'm 5'6, I'm currently 190 My highest was 284 (that I recorded), and my lowest was 155. I had a baby almost 2 years ago, and I would love to get to 140 as an ultimate goal weight.

a) Harvest Salad with no goat cheese fritter or if you do that, have it on the side and only eat half. a) Yellow Fin Tuna w/ no glaze, only oven baked or broiled. It's ok to alter the meal a little - just be specific with your server.

My question--- how did you find TIME with 2 kiddos. I have 1 -- a 17 month old son, and it's so hard for me to juggle working full time with getting a decent amount of gym time?!?!?

I was 180 ish, probably a bit higher than that. I got downto 156, and now I'm 5 months pregnant, and back up to my h.s. weight..... It's ok. I got up to 284 in 2006, and lost 120+ lbs in 3 years... I'm sure I'll be able to get this preggo weight off after baby and be smokin' once again! :o)

I hate the word diet. It's a lifestyle change. You need to eat/workout/be healthy for the rest of your life. Diet is such a short-term word!
