  • What I do is set a specific goal for myself and if I make my goal I can have something I want. For example my goal was to lose 2 pounds by a set a date and if I made my goal I could have a bag of M&M's. I made my goal and ate 1/3 of the bag and gave the rest to my husband. Hahaha.
