When you go to add to diary and have the list of common foods, you can tick them and select "Delete from list" at the bottom :)

Let's say you overindulged by like 1000kcal. Over a week, that's 142/day. Over a month, that's 33kcal/day. Over a year? Less than 3kcal/day. A single cheat meal will NOT do you any harm. Just don't make a habit of it ;) Get back on track and keep going :)
