I end up eating something quick in the library- often it is fruit, granola bar, a few crackers, veggies- carrots and cherry tomatoes are some of my favs. Lately I have really enjoyed doing a whole wheat pita with hummus, feta, red pepper, onion and cucumber...or whatever is in there. Filling enough and yummy!

I have been wanting some to-thanks!

I have trouble sticking to a routine so I use workout videos. I have a few- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30... that I go between. They don't cost much and you can mix them up, add on, increase weigh etc. to keep yourself working hard. Good luck!

Sorry to not check in more frequently. I am still working away at it but have started the first week back of my first year of law school so I struggle some to find time loggin in here. I am still on week one (yesterday being my day of rest). I hope that I will see some results- so many folks have dramatic changes from this…

I love taking salad to parties- guarantees one healthy and vegetarian friendly dish. I do baby spinach with red onion and red pepper with blueberries, and light gorgonzola. I put pine nuts on the side and extra gorgonzola for those who want more. I use Annie's Special Request Red Pepper dressing on the side- it is soo…

Hello- Me too all of that- except I got married in June 2011:) I am very much an exerciser, want to keep toning and such. Haven't lost much weight to speak of in a looong time though.

yum- I need some good recipes for this also

I would really enjoy a new runner group of some kind also. I looked into the C25K but it just wasn't a great fit for me. While I wanted to start running, I wanted to do it in a more casual way. I am just finishing my first semester of law school so while I am able to make exercise a priority I wanted it to be a super…

Hi folks! I was just thinking about how to increase my loss and was hoping to get some input- a vote perhaps. I maintain about 1200 per day (give and take a little) and do some exercise. I know many feel that 1200 is not enough calories- I am 4'11 and about 120lbs., size 4ish if that helps you understand my build at all.…

Congratulations on the great decision! I just left a job of case management at a mental health center so I am very sympathetic about the intense, exhausting, overwhelming stressors one day can bring. I admire you for being able to stick it out and provide such an important service. I certainly left work and made unhealthy…

That would be my list...I used to live near a Dillard's that had a pretty good petite section and good sales.

Sadly I just like the real stuff- gorgonzola, gouda, brie- yum! I have been working on eating less of these things. And- as a vegetarian I do not know that much about the whole process of locally grown "happy meat" as I said previously described; however- to create a crude analogy- I don't mind if after my long and happy…

I have many reasons for being vegetarian and would probably be vegan if I could give up cheese...however, it doesn't take much research about the food industry to remember one aspect. If I were not vegetarian I would be so disgusted by the meat industry overall that I would choose not to participate even for that reason…

I have a friend that was able to quench her sweets cravings with fruit, nut, yogurt, and avocado- she would describe that avocado saved her. I am working on avoiding high fructose and suger but don't use a lot or have a strong sweet tooth. Good luck!

This morning- banana light soy milk berry mix protein powder I am curious how it tastes with the greens mixed in- since I usually do green veggie juice OR a fruit smoothie the idea of combining them sounds a little weird:) Thanks!

Thanks- I guess I was just being lazy not to input the exact data from the one I got. But I will just do that so that it will be as accurate as possible.

Wow- I didn't realize she had so many DVDs...silly of me, of course she does! I enjoyed 30 DS also and love that I can fit is in on super busy days; however I have not had any particularly notable changes while doing it even though I am working hard. I don't know- maybe I will see what I think with the Trouble Zones DVD.…
