This may be more intense than what you are looking for but I have heard good reports about a program called Hip Hop Abs that is fun and dance like without yucky crunches or anything like that. I don't know much- just been hearing that around. Good Luck!

I am getting ready to start the second month of Insanity. I am enjoying it even though it is difficult. As a bit of motivation I measured myself after completing the first month and have lost about 4 inches. Good luck to you!

I love it and would recommend it to supplement your weekly routine... I found it to be an amazing workout that I felt so refreshed after. Make sure you get your bike set up properly and give it your all. It is great! Adaptable to any ability level or even daily energy level....I want to go now!

I think if one is up for it- give it a shot; as long as you are able to go at your own pace and be careful with your body.
