Hey there, I hope everyone is doing great with their Insanity work out! I am just finishing week 2 today and it is going well. I think I have actually gained a few pounds but my goal really is to loose inches and tone up. I can definitely see progress in that and have lost a few inches in various places...so keep up the…

Tried it with kale and it wasn't so good...perhaps I will try with spinach. Thanks!

I liked JM Ripped in 30- it is broken up into more exercises so I liked it more than 30DS and it was more challenging...and I noticed new definition in my muscles:)

I seem to have found myself back to plateau however recently when I was stuck (for months) upping my protein helped. After months of nothing I lost about 5lbs with protein and no other change. Just me- good luck!

I agree for the most part- I think beautiful looks healthy not starving. I think it helps to look at a realistic picture... I am a pretty healthy weight, I am a size 0-2ish depending on the day and at the high end of the healthy weight...I AM 4'11... It sometimes seems unhealthy to me that people significantly taller than…

Hmm...loose any weight when you tried?

I tried making a cauliflower crust and it didn't turn out so well. Any particular recipe recommendations or tips? Thanks!

We do red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, spinach, light brush of oil and with fresh garlic and basil, feta- little red sauce for crust dipping. Amazing! Also, we use the Fabulous Flats Multigrain Crust. Enjoy!

My goodness! I have been working to up my push up capabilities but it seems like I never get better! I can only do like 10 real push ups- and I am in good shape! Congrats to you all for being able to do so many!

I order what I want and make sure it includes some queso! I deserve a treat and am willing to have a few salads in the surrounding days or add a workout...I am a believer in moderation. :)

Me too- glad to hear what others are doing. I think I am going to try the Insanity workout- we will see how it goes! Good luck all!

I am interested also...I have a friend that has offered to let me borrow it but it seems like maybe it is more of a commitment than I can take on right now. Thoughts?

I may get on a bit of a soap box so my apologies in advance... I will start by saying I am so very fortunate to have not experienced depression in my life so far. That being said- I do believe that exercise as a tool for stress management is what keeps me sane. I used to work with individuals with severe and pervasive…

I am interested in this also- I have just finished RI 30 and do some No More Trouble Zones now and again. I picked up Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio from the library and find it VERY BORING- there is no way I will last with that. I have a friend willing to loan me Insanity but it seems to be a pretty huge commitment that…

Me too- in the healthy range but want to go a little further- not much luck with it.

Thanks for your thoughts. I am almost never sore so maybe lots more weight would help, it feels like I am working hard though- probably could work harder:) I am sore today as I did level 4 yesterday and the whole 50 minutes of No More Trouble Zones. Who has that kind of time every day though! I will be interested to hear…

Yes, I think it week 4 seemed easier also. Increasing weights is a great idea to add challenge where needed.
