I use protein powder but also salted, dry-roasted edamame has lots of protein and good source of fiber. I'm usually hitting close to 90 in protein a day.

Turkey pepperoni is my go-to afternoon snack. You can microwave them for about 45 - 60 seconds and it's almost like eating a chip. I may also eat low-fat cheese stick.

All-bran cereal with sugar-free, 30 cal almond milk. Some days one packet of grits. I do not eat many calories for breakfast, but that works for me.

I just turned 49. I've been at this for a year now and have lost 68 pounds. I've battled weight my whole adult life and have finally found success and have been able to make a lifestyle change instead of "diet!" Anyone feel free to friend me.

6:00 a.m. M-F, but usually wake up before it goes off. Saturday no alarm, usually awake by 7:00. Sunday 7:30 or 8:00.

I've lost almost 30 lbs and have gone from 42DD to 40D. I hope not to lose too much more cup size, but want the band to come down to about 36, yeah!

Dannon Greek 80 calorie, blueberry. It is a bigger container than most yogurts at 150 grams. Mix it up good and it is so creamy and good! Also Fiber One 90 calorie brownie is great. Sandwich thins, whole wheat, only 100 cal., add turkey and it's very low calorie.

Try adding sugar-free orange marmelade, or peach, blueberry. Also like honey added. Mmmm dark chocolate sounds good!

I'm walking 3mph a little over 2 miles about 4 - 5 times a week. I've just started back because i fractured my ankle in June. Prior to that I was doing a lot of hiking and some Zumba... so the exercise is slowing building back up. I love to get outside to exercise.
