  • It looks like you need more color in your diet. You may want to try more fruits and vegetables. Also, you might want to incorporate some strength training. Lean muscle will burn fat even when you are not exercising.
  • I weigh every day but take my "official" weight on Mondays. I find that this helps me resist the temptation of eating something later in the evening that I know I should not be eating. Even if I "gain", I know it was not because I did something I wasn't supposed to.
  • The ONLY thing cross trainers are good for is weight training. Always buy shoes specific to the activity that you are participating in.
