I saute some walnuts in butter, and spenda sugar, and some cinnamon. Such a yummy sweet snack with protein :)

I love level 3. I. Do add 30min of walking or swimming to the 30daydvd. Think you need more than 20 min especially if you are over 40

I agree with the last post. I have been reading on it.... just make sure to have some weight training in with cardio....
