Can I join if I'm only 29? With 3 kids, I feel like I'm closer to 40 most days. That's got to count for something right? lol

My MFP goal is set for 1.4 lbs a week. I want to lose only 1 lb a week (hoping my skin will shrink if I lose slowly lol) but I know I will cheat at least a few times during the week, so I increased my goal. It's working for now. I've lost 5 lbs in the last month. :)

I was just thinking about this today, when I realized earlier that I had already got my "8 cups" in and it wasn't even noon yet. I googled "how much water is too much" and of course there are a ton a of results, but I was mostly curious to see what levels you needed to consume to reach water intoxication.…

I also have 28 lbs left to lose to be under the "obese" line. The last time I weighed that was 5 years (& 2 kids) ago. I'm really looking forward to being there again! :)

You can change it to fit your individual needs. "Goals>Change Goals>Custom: Manually set my own custom fitness goals" I ended up increasing my calories a little, and then changing it to 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein. I feel better and more balanced with it set this way, and I've lost 7 lbs in the last 4 weeks. :)
