Tell you what I know,......I'm 51 and the First time I went to Zumba, I was the Bigest Gal there, But not the Oldest, So I got with the Hens and they told me this, What Ever you do Just Keep Moving! I Did and am wondering why I'm Not doing Zumba now! You can do it!

I agree with this 100% Baby steps Lead to Big Steps, Once you see it's Working for you, You'll want it more than you want to stay the same. I had my Thryoid Removed 14 years ago, I work out first thing in the morning! It seem to be working for me. But I will also say I feel I have more energy in the evenings. I hope this helps.
