50 y/o 5'9" SW - 179 (I think my scales are 3-4 lbs light...ugh) CW - 175.5 GW - 155 I would LOVE to meet my twin. I SO need some motivation!!!!!!

water, water, water!!! that always helps me. Sometimes I have to drink a diet soda if I get really bad. Banana's, more fiber, more protein...those things should help as well. DON'T GIVE UP!!! You will get beyond that hunger before you know it....

someone mentioned kale...its great broken into bite size pieces, spread out on a lightly sprayed pan, sprinkled with chili powder, use the spray and spray some all over the kale (or sprinkle with EVO) and then bake in oven for about 5-8 min on 425...its SO GOOD. like potato chips
