There isn't a "need" to try a new product. I am just curious as to what other people think of the product itself. From what I can see, it is eating healthy foods. I am curious to see if it is even 1200-1400 calories a day or if you are supposed to eat less than that.

I only gave it up for january. Not for the rest of my life. I am not that crazy. I didnt lose anywhere near what I wanted to. The thing is that it is weird. When I weighed in for the challenge that isn't my regular weigh in day. So I lost 4 lbs for the 2 weeks. I guess I am going to have to change to fridays for this…

Ahh mermaid, sometimes it is needed though. Except since I am going all of jan with no drinking, I have not had a drop since Christmas day as far as wine goes.

I was using a medicine ball doing ball slams with a 10 pounder which uses the same motion as the woodchop. Glad that I grew up on a farm for those

So, I just did both planks and burpees. Granted I also did side planks, but man, planks are way harder for me than the burpees. Did anyone else work out today or are you guys starting tomorrow?

That is the average age of my office, and got a mixed response, I did notice the people i feel are shallow are the ones that said body.
