advocare
Have any of you ever tried advocare before? The reason I am asking is because my cousin is the most honest person I know, and she swears by the product, and her husband was an alternate for the 92 olympics in track and field and he swears by the product as well. What do you guys think about the product?

cardio vs lifting
I just started on here, and when I want to put in the amount of exercise I do in a week, it only lets me put in the total amount of exercise. The thing is though that I do cardio and lift weights, but it doesn't show me how many calories I burned when I lift. Any suggestions?
