So when noodles say that they are 50 calories per serving, and a serving is 2 oz, does that mean before they are cooked or after? And i have no clue how many calories are in noodles, but I am curious. Thanks all

usually it says on the box (ie 2oz dry or 3/4 cup cooked...etc)
Otherwise it's really ambiguous...so who knows...0 -
