I am a Coke-aholic and really have cut them out for the most part for the past month or so. I used to tell people "water rusts your pipes" because I absolutely hated to drink water. I am finding I enjoy it more now.

Level 1 - Day 4 completed. It was tough tonight, but I burned a few more calores than I did the last two nights. I struggled tonight because I did a 30 minute fitness class at the gym this morning and did a 50 minute Zumba class this evening. I will push through like Jillian says. ;-) Note to self: Ibuprofen before bed!

I kept watching the original thread for the pairing up and didn't check for another thread. Glad I got an e-mail from the moderator letting me know my buddy was waiting to hear from me. Looking forward to the upcoming weeks with Bombshell Betty's.

bambier, I do mine in the evenings. Did Zumba at the gym early this morning. jade999a, I am not burning as many calories as you are, but I am 57. I only burn that amount of calories while doing Zumba and Step classes. ;-)

Just finished Day 2 Level 1 and HRM said 198 calories burned in 28 minutes. Seemed to be a little easier today. ;-) I also did a 30 minute class at the gym today.

Just finished Day 1 Level 1 and HRM said 208 calories burned in 26 minutes. I did cheat on the 2nd and 3rd set of jumping jacks and modified them. Hope to do better on future workouts. ;-)

Okay, ladies, I have read the entire thread and you can count me in too! I have had the DVD for quite awhile and don't think I really did anything with it. So I am excited to say I will be starting with all of you. I may even start it in just a few minutes to get a jumpstart. Looking forward to this journey with everyone.…

I have thought about trying it. I have heard the weighted hoops are much easier than the hoops we used as children. I also heard it is a great workout! What kind of hoop do you use?

I found some no sugar added pears (Dole) that I mix into a cup of cottage cheese and it is delicious! They are mini cups so no measuring necessary! You can also add pepper for another variation. It really does add a little something to it instead of just plain.

I went to JCP yesterday and purchased several SJB outfits! Many of them are on clearance right now so you can get a good deal. They also have them online if you don't find the colors you want in the store.

Not sure where in Charlotte you live, but Anytime Fitness is reasonable and all the classes are included in the dues. Zumba, body sculpting, pilates, yoga, etc. I joined in June and am really enjoying it.
