The Wii calculates it higher than an HRM. I would say it was about 100 off from what my HRM said after my routine.

I got the Wii Zumba 2 for Christmas and I love it! I do Zumba at least twice a week at the gym and I love the game just as much. There are so many dances and songs on it I don't see how anyone could get bored with it anytime soon. You won't be disappointed in 2. I have read the graphics are by far better in the 2nd one…

I do Zumba at my gym and I absolutely love it. It is the main reason I joined because I love music and I love dancing. I got the 2 for Christmas and it is great!! From what I have read in the forums, it is quite an improvement over 1 as far as graphics and routines go. You can probably go to YouTube to check out videos and…

Make sure you have the wiimote right side up and facing outward in your belt. There are no batteries in the belt itself. :flowerforyou:

I have read the first place you gain weight is the last place you will lose it. Mine is smaller than it was, but in no way is it where I would like it to be. I will just keep up with my exercise regimen and watch my portion sizes to hopefully get there. :flowerforyou:

I have never taken spin classes but they are adding them to my gym in the next few months. I can't wait to at least try it. I hope I do like it.

You are a beautiful woman and also on the right track with MFP and your fitness training to become an instructor. Let that be your concentration for now as everything else will fall into place when it is meant to be. I know that sounds a little cliche'; however, I am a firm believer in things happen for a reason. There is…

I did Atkins several years ago and lost over 40 pounds but I truly missed my breads, pastas, potatoes, etc. Needless to say, I didn't remain on Atkins. I love my carbs!! They are what keep me going on MFP. I just watch my portion control better these days.

Go with a Polar HRM. It will tell give you calories burned and more. No monthly fees associated with it and the newer ones have download capability to Polar.com to keep track of your workouts.

You can correct your ticker by going to "Check-In" and correcting your starting weight by choosing "Edit Previous Entries".

Slow is good. You are more likely to keep it off that way. I know what you mean, but the turtle won the race. :flowerforyou:

The only downside to the BodyBugg is the monthly subscription which I think is about $10 per month. I can download my info into Polar.com for free.

I have a Polar F6 and love it. There are no cons about this HRM. You can find them on eBay all day long for a very good price. One recently went for about $34 in excellent used condition. It is pink and more feminine looking than most.

Fruits are a 'good' sugar, but I limit my intake on them because they are so high in sugars.
