I have tried Zumba three times and didn't really care for it [alot of people call me crazy lol], I have bought some other dance dvd's like PCD dance workout video, and I like it, i'll have to check into the "dance off the inches" dvd. :)

It can be done!!!! Just keep calorie counting and exercising, I lost 20lbs in six weeks, by calorie counting & exercising. I also lowered my sodium intake to under 1,500mg per day, and drink 12 or more glasses of water a day, but that is just what I chose to do!! Good luck!!!! :-)

I do jumping jacks everyday!!! They are very good, they suck at first, but once you get use to doing them everyday, they are awesome:)

Mole skin usually works very well and helps protect the blister so it doesn't get worse and doesn't burn/hurt as bad when you are moving around. It can be found at pretty much any store, walmart, walgreens, kroger, etc :)

I weigh every morning, after I get up for the day, I use the bathroom, get undressed then weigh. I only "weigh-in" on here once a week though, even though I do weigh daily, I just monitor that on my computer! :)

When I started MFP, I was in a size 15[womens] in jeans, I am now in a size 11[juniors], and they are starting to fall off of me!! :-)

I started it back in the first of October, and did it for about 9 days straight, and lost TONS of inches and a couple of pounds, but then I stopped doing it!!! I am thinking of re-starting it here soon!! Good luck and stick with it and you'll get GREAT results!! :)
