Logging "sex" as an exercise?
Lately, I have been seeing a lot of people on my friends list, listing sex and/or foreplay as their exercise. So, I thought i'd post a topic about it, and get everyones opinions about this. Do you log sex and/or foreplay as an exercise? Do you think people should include it as their exercise for the day?

Weight lost: 3.2lbs Cals burned: 3,542. This weeks personal Challenge completed: I up'd my food intake everyday to try and reach closer to my calorie goal. This weeks biggest accomplishment: Losing weight without intense work - out, as I was told to take it easy on working out for awhile becuase of my back injury!! =]
