I started at the end of May 2011. I'm currently eating 1350 calories. Someday I eat back my workout calories and other days I don't. I normally workout at the end of the day, after dinner. So I tend to leave some caloires on the table so to speak.

I just recently got new smaller clothes and it was the first real time that I noticed the loss. I've lost over 30 lbs since May 2011. It helps to do before, during and after pics. I am too! I got some nice sports bras on clearance at Target not too long ago. I got some very nice comfy yoga pants at Wal-Mart. I like to try my stuff on so I don't really like to buy online for this type of stuff.

My hubby and I are a fan of Slim-Fast shakes for a grab and go breakfast. Special K shakes are ok but not my fav. They keep me full until snack time which is roughly 3 hours.

Update: I have taken it easy and laid off my workout and my back is feeling much better. Still a little sore but I think Ill be all better by this weekend! Thanks everyone!

I don't think I have heard this before. But I do agree that I don't like to eat right after I have brushed. Maybe change the type of tooth paste you use. My sister uses some toothpaste that tastes like oranges...UGH to me but she likes it.

I break my day into sections, breakfast is around 200 cals, then 2 hrs later i have a snack around 150 cals, lunch 200 to 350 cals, snack 2 hours later around 100-200 cals and dinner with my remaining cals. normally 200-300 cals. I hope that helps
