I think the important thing is to stay focused on the big picture of changing your lifestyle, being active and eating healthy. I have been using peppermint tea, no sugar of course. But if you have some honey to add then maybe that would even give you a small caloric boast. The mint really helps with the nausea. I drink it over ice....
