My current weight is 148. My goal weight is 135. And I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day. Yes, I know I should be eating more. I am working on it I'm 19 (20 next month) and I don't do any rigorous exercise. I try to walk/dance every day though. Go running a few times a week..

i have PCOS (and hypothyroid while we're at it) but I lost quite a few pounds on a calorie deficit...I was also prescribed Metformin..didn't take it as a usual dose though, it was pretty much on and off.. But right now, I am on NO medication (hallelujah) and I am trying to lose 15-ish pounds..let's see what happens..
