Hahaha! I love it!!!

I started on MFP about 2 1/2 months ago at 150 lbs 5'2". I currently weigh 140 lbs for a loss of about 1 lb a week. I have found it surprisingly easy. I keep myself on 1350 calories a day + more when I work out. I don't tend to eat back all of my calories but have some days that I go over my calories by 100-200 cals so I…

keep doing balance exercises. you will eventually strengthen your core muscles and have better balance. We have a "core" class at my gym that focuses on just that. Keep trying, you will get there!

Worn MUCH better! Way to go, you look amazing!!

I usually determine the serving size based on how much of the main ingredient there is. If you are using 16 oz of pasta, that is 8 servings. 1 lb of chicken serves 4 people (4 oz each), etc. I hope this helps. I love the recipe calculator!

I used to wear my bras on the largest clasp, then one day without noticing, I clasped it on the middle. Great NSV!!!

I'm totally with you. I am so tired of trying to figure out what to eat, what to buy at the grocery store and what to make for dinner that my picky husband will also eat. I have seen progress and love the way I feel and look but some nights I just want to give up and pop a bag of popcorn instead!

:) you look amazing and smiling will make you look that much better. Ha! Way to go!

Its nice to see other people's commitments to MFP. I have logged on for 55 days in a row now and I thought maybe I was being slightly OCD but I am at 95% of my goal so it seems to be working for me. I don't think I will ever leave! MFP Rocks!!!

arrrgggghhhh, where do I start!?!

They may be smaller then you, but you are stronger and healthier. Challenge them to an arm wrestling match, I bet you would win. If you are happy with yourself, that is all that matters. I have quite the opposite problem with my family, they are all obese and make jokes about my healthy eating habits and how often I am at…

Looks to me that you are still under your calories for the day. It has been a rough couple of days for me as well with the holiday weekend. I log everything even though I may have gone over here and there. Everyday is a new day to begin again. No need to beat yourself up over the past.

1750 seems like a lot of calories to me. I started at 1500 and have since dropped to 1400.

I went over my calories slightly as well. The numbers on the scale are showing a 1 pond gain but I know it's all water. I plan on drinking lots of water today to flush out all the sodium. Off to the gym. Have a great day everyone.

I love that saying "i did not get fat by eating Thanksgiving dinner, I got fat by eating like it was Thanksgiving every day"!!

Pizza from my favorite pizza shop! I allow myself to have some once a month or so.

That is an awesome speculation and Dreamfield and the FDA needs to get on the same page. I certainly won't feel as guilty if I happen to go over my calorie count on the days that I eat this product....which I LOVE by the way!!!

Framboise Lambic....so yummy and low in calories :)

order sensibly and be sure to tell the waitress/waiter that you don't want them to add any extra butter/oil, etc to anything including any steam veggies. Restaurants use tons of butter to make their food more appealing and tastier. Don't be afraid to speak up and tell them how you would like your food, you are the customer…

I am down to 143 and they still touch when I walk. So frustrating!! I am hoping that changes soon. Good luck with your journey!

I'm so glad I am not the only one. I absolutely HATE wearing "full pantie" underwear!!!

You look amazing!! Way to go!!!

If anyone is actually interested in where I got the information from, please read this article below. I didn't make this up, I found the information interesting and wanted to see what everyone thought. http://health.msn.com/health-topics/cholesterol/is-skim-milk-making-you-fat?GT1=31007

I used a different machine on Saturday and got around the same results.

Yes, it factors in my weight but I only weigh 145 lbs.

You are beautiful! Keep up the good work!!!!

I make sure to have some sort of protein about an hour or so before training (usually greek yogurt). That helps me not be so hungry afterwards and blow my diet.

It appears to me that you are not eating enough calories throughout the day. It looks like you are consuming 50% of your calories at dinner. Your body doesn't process food the same way when you are sleeping. Perhaps try spreading your calories out more evenly through your day. Your blood sugar levels and metabolism are…

I grow it myself so I always have a fresh supply and I don't have to waste it. It grows very well indoors in the kitchen window.

My trainer has always said, the change shows in the way your clothes fit first. You are building muscle and most likely losing inches. Don't give up, I have been going to the gym for 4 years and I know that even though the scale has not always reflected my efforts, I am healthier then I have ever been. Good luck.
