I would log what your HRM reads, it has got to be more accurate then any online website since it's actually reading your heartrate during your activity. I love my Polar FT7!

Don't give up now. You need to find out why you are emotionally eating. From what I can see, you need to up your protein intake especially in the morning. I love making my own pizza, I use tortillas as the crust. Super good and you control how much cheese you put on it. I am a pizzaholic and usually allow myself 2 slices from the local pizza shop...its too good to give up! You just have to account for it.

Yep, that's what I do too. It seems to work most of the time. I only go out to dinner once in a while though so I don't usually fret if I have a bite or two of an appetizer that I didn't plan on.

Buy a heartrate monitor that calculates your calories burned. MFP and the machines are VERY inaccurate! I use my food scale religiously as well. Good luck!

I would stay away from pre-packaged frozen meals....they never have enough veggies and are loaded with sodium!
