My trainer has always said, if you only have time for one....do strength training. Lift heavy and utilize your time at the gym. I only started doing cardio on a regular basis since I lost most of my weight. Good luck to you!!

I have the same problem and have for years. This is the lightest I have been and I still have the thighs and the butt. I have learned to embrace it. It works for J-Lo and Kim Kardashian....:love:

I'm 5'2 and hit my goal weight of 140 lbs a few weeks ago. Now I'm at 136 and just might push for more but have never been happier with my weight!! So who knows...I'm still debating going to maintenance mode.....

I have always rinsed my ground beef even when I buy 90/10. once you do it and see the amount of oil that comes off of it, you will continue to do it forever. I am interested in the answer to this question too....

I weigh myself everyday first thing in the morning but I only log in on Friday's. It helps keep me in check, usually a 1 lb gain is just water retention so I make sure to drink more water taht day. It seems to work. :happy:
