I'm 5'3 and 100lbs. I think every body is built differently. For me, 100lbs is an easy weight to maintain. I eat 5 meals a day and I never feel hungry. And those meals aren't usually salads (sorry, but I think salads can really zap the joy out of life). I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, sure, but I don't think of…

I think it's a fairly effective toning regime. I've done it for 7 days in a row now, and I can see a lot of improvement in strength and flexibility. I haven't weighed in yet, but I am a little nervous because I haven't been eating very cleanly recently (to be expected--my parents don't really care about eating clean during…

You might want to hit up J.Crew, which has some clothes in 0 and 00. It's pricier, but I think it's well worth the price for clothes that fit. Plus, tailors!

Lots of major European models have children so I call bull****,

Yup, I have all my organs! I think the most maddening thing about vanity sizing is I no longer feel like there are any clothes for me to wear at popular stores like F21. I have S sized clothes that I bought from that store 4 years ago that still fit well, but I can't go into any of their stores and fit into XS clothes…

Flats! I carry weight on my lower body so my thunder thighs are the last to go. I'm quite short so thicker thighs make my legs look shorter than what they are. I usually wear heels to elongate my body but I can't wait until I can wear a pair of loafers haha.

I use clothes as a reward. So, for example, I bought a pair of jeans on day 60 of my turbofire schedule, because my old jeans were falling off of me. I bought some cheap ones from Charlotte Rusee for 22 dollars, but I know places like F21 sell jeans for 10 dollars. I only need less than 10 garments to hold me over the week…

I'm by no means lacking in insecurities, but I sometimes wonder if growing up in China and with a Chinese family had something to do with the fact that I'm a little more easy-going about my body than most women I know. To clarify, when I was in China (20 years ago), a naked female body was no big deal since many people…

Yes, but I think most people don't understand that exercise is part of my life now. If I could stay this size no matter what and eat whatever I want and not exercise...then I would STILL choose to eat right and exercise. Those things are just what I consider to be part of a happy lifestyle. But most people just see a thin…

I'm actually 5'3.5 - what kind of build are you? I'm pretty petite. I can wrap my thumb and middle finger around my wrist and have my thumb touch my first knuckle. - how much do you currently weigh and what size pants on average do you wear? I weigh 100lbs and wear a size 24 (european), 1, 0, or 00 pant depending on the…

I ditch them. It's useless clutter around the house and closet anyway. In my personally experience, if you lost your weight through developing healthy habits, then it's tough to gain that weight back. I have never gone back up a jean size since I started working out and eating well (5 years now and counting). I kept my old…

Measurement journals. I think it's so easy for people to get bummed out when they just look at weight. A woman who weighs 115lbs at 5'4 can easily be much slimmer than a woman who weighs 110lbs at 5'4. I think it's really useful to set aside the scale for a month and just do measurements. Measurements generally don't go up…

I don't really judge. Maybe the day you catch that person is the day they've designated for their cheat day and they've already lost 100 pounds? I don't really know about their lifestyles so I can't really form an opinion. I do notice that I've started becoming more aware of the people around me now that I've become more…

I say screw the weight and focus on the day-by-day healthy lifestyle. According to the BMI (for caucasians) I'm underweight (5'3, 100lbs), but I feel great and I'm very fit. I also eat quite a bit (5 meals, clocking in between 1200 and 1400 everyday). At the end of the day, I'm just focused on being healthier everyday and…

I've always been an A or AA cup and, honestly, I love my boobs. I don't think I've ever felt having small breasts makes me less feminine or sexy. To me, feeling sexy or feminine is all our minds--a person who doesn't think she/he is sexy is doomed to be unsexy until he/she can turn that thinking around. I don't really have…

I made a post on my fitblr about my results thus far with turbo fire (measurements and weight) if you're curious! http://intrinsicforce.tumblr.com/post/10978583097/weigh-in-and-measurements
