  • Hello! I understand your pain...I had a "mega" binge last weekend...except mine was even much much worse than yours.. I am an overeater for sure and it is a super hard thing to deal with. Just take a few deep breaths..don't beat yourself up over it! That perpetuates this cycle. Drink some water, and yeah fill up on fruit…

  • I have this same problem. I feel stuffed all the time, I find extreme difficulty getting the min 1200 cals a day, even with my hour or two of exercising. Now add my new water drinking habits in, and I feel completely bloated and stuffed. Dont worry! Youre not alone..I would like some advice too.
